6+ Year –Technical Support (Shell scripting, SQL, Cron , Ansible,Windows) for Pune Location, 24/7 Shift

About this team:

Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Generates statistical reports and analyses for management. Monitors team activity for quality control. Provides recommendations for enhancements to department processes and procedures. Maintain current operational procedures. Actively participates in all phases of product development to ensure a smooth transition into production for the users, clients and support personnel.

What you will be doing:

• Monitoring and resolving product related issues, troubleshooting approach to identify and fix reoccurring issues..
• Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
• Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
• Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.
• Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.
• Weekend support and post patching application validation.
• Create tickets as per issues and requirements.
• Follow up with required team to resolve incident.
• Act as a SPOC on prod issues.

What you bring:

• Having 6+ experience in UNIX, Sql, ITSM, Incident management.
• Should have experience in Shell scripting, SQL, Cron , Ansible, Critical thinker, problem. Solver, Windows, Automation expert, SRE.
• Good to have IBM MQ knowledge.
• Should have good knowledge on Unix scripting.
• Problem solver, self-starter.
