Trainee Technical Support cum Software Tester
Job Description :
The Trainee Technical Support cum Software Tester will be responsible for providing Technical Support to our clients, testing software, identifying defects, and SQL Queries, and providing feedback to the development team. Job profile includes giving Technical Support by telephonic calling, or by taking team viewer or remote of the client's machine.
Technology :
- Analyse Requirements and write Test Cases to ensure quality code delivery to production.
- Execute manual test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify and document software defects.
- Collaborate with team members for issue resolution.
- Contribute to test documentation and reports.
- Basic SQL quarries - updating, deletions, joints, etc.
- Manual Testing.
- Good communication skills.
