Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans for the assigned product.
- Work with the marketing and product line managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer requirements.
- Close coordination and work effectively together with other stakeholders to meet the customer's requirements and expectations.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly update reports on pipelines, targets, budgeting achievement, forecast accuracy, review of new opportunities and business plan.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Your Skills :
- Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Min. 5 - 10 years of experience in software sales, preferably from the SaaS industry
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors and customers
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products and existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent with sales planning, forecasting, value selling and networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and has a positive attitude towards learning and development
