Product Manager - Trade (Location : Mumbai)

Trade Product Manager will own and manage the complete lifecycle of Trade Finance products which include all products involving Import Finance, BG, LC, SBLC, covering both inland and cross border instruments, Import remittances, Non Import remittances adhering to Regulatory compliance of respective products including IDPMS, Digital transformation of respective products, Inward remittances, Export Finance, inland fund based Trade products, Capital account transactions, adhering to regulatory compliance of respective products including EDPMS, Digital transformation of respective products.

" Design, Develop, update and implement product and process circulars

 Keep abreast with the overall trends in the related products and constantly interact with ground level teams to get client feedback on existing products

 Run a P&L for the owned products and facilitate to maximize the product coverage in the portfolio of clients

 Responsible for overall regulatory, operational, credit hygiene of the products and work towards improving same continuosly

 Liase with internal teams to ensure building a robust corr bank relationships to facilitate the cross border business

 Liase with operations team to take feedback on improvements and process enhancement on the products

 Keep abreast of all the latest regulatory guidelines with regards to compliance for trade products, eg: EDPMS, IDPMS, Capital account transactions etc

 Create, run, maintain, publish dashboards for business teams, product sales teams and senior management to show the position on various regulatory compliances position of the clients with respect to trade products where CSB Bank is the AD bank of the client, (IDPMS/EDPMS/Capital account txns)

 Facilitate through liasioning with FEMA Compliance teams to solve complex cases of pending compliances relating to clients where CSB is the AD bank, involving gathering deep understanding of the txn and liasoning with internal stakeholders and if required the regulator to get the compliance regularized

 Support in product structuring by playing an advisory role to the ground level teams and communicate the regulatory/compliance feasibility to the structured product

 Responsible for digital transformation of trade finance in consultation with technology and trade operations team.

 Responsible for creating a technology/functionality based differentiator by seamles integration of various applications and customer touch points.

 Regularly co-ordinate between product/sales/ops teams to implement digital solutions stack

 Remittances will cover all outbound and inbound FX flows in current accounts, individual accounts, A2 payments and LRS payments

 Keep abreast on latest technology developments in trade finance and assess advantages to CSB bank to take up few of the latest technologies basis the existing and targetted portfolio of clients
