Job description
Job Description:- Implement effective risk management policies and processes for the concerned business verticals to identify potential risk in the underwritten portfolio and ensure portfolio health
- Develop & implement process monitoring frame work in order to ensure smooth control on agreed policy norms
- Use knowledge and understanding of process improvement approaches to train and/or facilitate working sessions regarding business processes
- Manage credit risk assessment and analyze impact of market conditions and economic forecasts on risk concentration and portfolio diversification.
- Formulate Product programs, carry out trainings, and hand hold the regional teams for effective implementation of the product norms.
- Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives
- Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams
- Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders and officers on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes
- Ensure that credit risk is identified, measured, monitored and controlled throughout SME business.
- Impart training and learnings for effective control and adherence to program norms
