Senior Manager - Product Lead - Unsecured Loans (4-8 Yrs)

Job Responsibilities:
1) Partner onboarding and managing change requests across partnerships.
2) Develop and execute the product roadmap, defining and prioritising features and revenue growth.
3) Work closely with external & internal partners to devise the most optimal business-technology solution.
4) Develop and implement technology governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
5) Manage the technology project portfolio, including project prioritisation and resource allocation.
6) Implement and maintain delivery tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely and successful project completions.
7) Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that technology project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
8) Stay updated on emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project management and governance processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience : Min 4 yrs.
1) Experience in implementation and integrating services on unsecured Loans.
2) Experience in dealing with Banks, NBFCs, FIs and strong Product background is a must.
3) Must provide functional / technical leadership on projects and lead internal as well as external team members.
4) Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions and track performance metrics.
5) Flexibility to work in a start-up environment and ability to solve problems.
Education - Bachelor/ Master degree from a tier 1 college only.
