AddressManager/Senior Manager - Finance Controller
Responsibilities:
- Closely work with various business departments and act as a finance SPOC for all matters
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
- Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
- The Financial Controller will work closely with the various departments to ensure that departmental costs are under control and as per the allocated budget
Qualification & Experience:
- B-School graduates with 2 years experience before or after MBA/CA degree
- Accounting and auditing experience can be an added advantage
- Should be well versed with accounting principles
- Should constantly look for ways to improve efficiency of company's processes and procedures
- Ensure proper compliance maintained by the company with all regulatory bodies
- MBA in Finance or a CA
