AddressProduct Manager - Financial Inclusion
The Opportunity:
We are now looking for an Lead PM - Financial Inclusion (Sr.Mgr/AVP/VP) who will help us accelerate and drive the product roadmap.
As Lead PM, you will :
1. Own and drive the product roadmap for the Yojana Card platform
2. Own the Mastercard partnership to build new products/ solutions in financial inclusion space
3. Drive collaborations with banks/ Fintechs to bundle appropriate 3rd party products with Yojana card
4. Build the product P&L in collaboration with Finance teams and identify key cost/ revenue levers
5. Work with Business leads to drive sales of Yojana card-based bundles to generate revenue from the Financial inclusion vertical - our year 1 revenue goal is at least 25% revenue from card & related products
6. Be on top of competitive landscape around financial inclusion to drive the strategic direction for company
7. Manage team of APMs, analysts and technology teams as appropriate to drive the financial inclusion products for the organization
You should:
1. Be excited about working in a high growth, impact driven, social enterprise
2. Have prior experience in Financial Inclusion/ Fintech organizations in leadership positions
3. Have been part of at least one end to end Product launch (0-1 launch) of financial inclusion product
4. Be comfortable with independently driving outcomes with an intrapreneurial spirit
5. Have strong understanding of financial services technology to be able to stitch efficient solutions together
6. Strong understanding of solutions such as UPI, Digilocker, Aadhaar, a big plus
7. Have understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements in financial services space
