Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Manager HR Operation for a reputed Company at the Navi Mumbai (Nerul) locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate shall be responsible for complete HR Operation such as managing entire employee lifecycle.
- Managing attendance, onboarding, exit and hiring process.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist in payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics on a regular basis for management review.
- Administer HR-related programs and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR operations and administration.
Working Days -5 Days (Need to Visit office on Saturday if required)
Office Time : 9:30 to 6pm
