Job Description
A Client Of CP-HR- Services Pvt,Ltd- is a cleantech enterprise working on sustainable resource management for Industries, Institutions, and Urban Local Bodies.
Responsibilities
Work in close collaboration with MRF design team to incorporate O&M procedures
Ensure 100% uptime of the plant right from the design stages
Control, Monitor & coordinate entire O&M activities with respective functions
Coordinate with various parties for logistics & timely delivery of spares at operating plants
Take steps to ensure proper, safe storage of spares and raw material at site and reduce COPQ due to damage, perishability, pilferage, or theft
Conduct weekly Site meetings with municipal corporations, O&M contractors and customers
Resolve various issues during O&M related to engineering, spares and quality of raw materials etc
Weekly monitoring and performance reporting of generation, efficiency calculations etc.
Statutory compliance related to labour, safety, environment, equipment and all rules and regulations applicable and HSE compliance and records as per OHSAS standards
Recruitment of technical supervisors, shift supervisors, maintenance engineers and manage labour on third party rolls
Maintaining required levels of inventory of inputs like raw material, consumables, spares etc.
Recording and transacting daily processing and billing of all recyclables, RDF, or other products
Ensuring Quality standards being followed for products (RDF, Bio-fertilixers, recyclables, etc.) and processes (screening, segregation, sorting, transportation, storage and disposal)
Getting Inventory audits done every month.
Responsible for overall site O&M, administration, final decision maker at site level, planning for annual and preventive maintenance and overhauling of equipment (as applicable)
Plan and supervise the weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual maintenance, as per the schedule and coordinate with multiple suppliers and vendors for maintenance related issues
Job Requirement
Skills and Qualifications required
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or any other relevant discipline
Min. 10 years prior experience in Waste Management plant Operations and
Maintenance with any tier I or tier II city, with atleast 200 TPD Waste Management facility
Experience in landfill management will not be considered
Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills, with good commercial and fiscal awareness
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
