1. Managing the HR Operational client escalations with resolutions
2. Ensure achievement of budgets
3. Ensure resource allocation within team.
4. Monitor teams' performance through activity management, periodic reviews and suggest corrective actions.
5. Minimizing escalations
6. Provide MIS on team performance.
7. Monitor and control costs and improve productivity
8. Responsible for recruitment of direct reports and other critical resources
9. Responsible for induction and on - boarding of new recruits
