Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Operations Manager is responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization. This includes overseeing employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS management, Indian and US Compliance. The specialist will collaborate with HR managers and departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, including new hire orientation and training programs.
2. Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
3. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
4. Maintain employee records and HRIS database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
5. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
6. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals and compliance.
7. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure HR practices are current and effective.
8. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience in HR operations, including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.
3. Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Good knowledge and experience of Indian compliance. Knowledge and experience of US compliance would be good to have.
