Responsibilities:
Recruitment ProcessCoordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely recruitment of staff.Prepare and put up advertisements for job vacancy.Liaise with Recruitment Agency for recruitment
Employment ProcessPrepare Letter of Offer/KET for shortlisted candidateInform and liaise with candidate to sign Letter of Offer and to provide necessary documents, Bank Account, qualification certificates, testimonials etc.Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, PPE.Create the new worker/staff information in HR systemWork Pass ProcessArrange candidate to go for medical check up and other MOM required process
Payroll Process
Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed in the payroll file audit purposes.
Training AdministrationMonitor and update the list of training courses attended by the worker and staff.Source and register the staff for the training course approved by Management.Highlight to Management on compulsory required training courses for workers/staff.Arrange and make payment to training organizer upon registration.Inform staff on the date and venue of the training courses.File the certificates in the worker/staff personal file upon completion of the training course as part of projects submission.
6. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
7. Prepare HR relevant Reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
8. Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
9. To maintain all data records papers about Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT, and allowances.
10. Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc.
11. Maintain Official internal permanent assets.
