Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company policies.Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
