Surya was founded in 1999 by Mr. D.N. Prahlad (an early employee of Infosys), to create software
products. Headquartered in Bangalore, we also have offices in the USA, and France.
Surya has two lines of business. First, Surya builds a suite of market leading financial risk management products. Our products are deployed at some of the largest banks in India, as well as in several other geographies such as the Middle East, Africa, USA, etc.
Surya Digital is our consultancy arm that builds digital products, and helps companies with their
digital transformation. We build mobile apps, web apps, as well as highly scalable web services.
Our clients are based in India, USA, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening candidates from Job Portals, referrals etc.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the technical team.
- Employee Onboarding and related activities.
- Front office management and administrative support.
- Documentation and management of paperwork
- Overseeing Employee Exit Process.
- Handle Employee Queries and Grievance.
- Maintaining good employee relations.
- Gathering, maintaining and updating employee documents and databases.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Job Requirements
- Masters degree in human resources or related (essential).
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
