Enterprise Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Focuses on companies that prioritize succeeding in the talent competition and attracting top-tier individuals to join their organization.
- Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.
- Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, cold calling, and office visits.
- Follows-up and actions on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity.
- Creating campaigns for outbound lead generation.
- Reaching out and targeting prospective clients daily.
- Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle.
- Preparing sales and sales-related reports on work and revenue every week.
Requirements:
- Solution selling.
- Demonstrate ability in managing CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
- Prior experience in account management & sales in the Recruitment/HR tech industry is a plus.
- Someone who comes with Broad Network to help us get good clients onboarded.
