·Maintaining data base of employees
·Handling the admin activities
·End to End Recruitment (If Required)
·Handling Reimbursement
·Policy development and documentation
·Performance Appraisal
·Updating Process Manual as implementation of the same
·Conducting Employee engagement program
·Handling Employee Grievance
·Maintain record of Fixed Assets
·Exit formalities of employees
·Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
·Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
