KRA's of the role:
- Manages the given territory for the assigned business.
- Front ends and leads field engagement with top partners, customers and assigned vendor/s for the territory.
- Execute on the demand generation plan week on week.
- Develop the market for the assigned business.
- Manage the existing partners and the new partners' recruitment.
- Meets end customers for direct demand generation, as and when required.
- Meets and exceeds assigned revenue targets quarter on quarter.
- Weekly interlock with the regional sales teams of the assigned vendor
- Weekly sales call with PM/BM
- Daily team call with respective ISR and PM/BM
- Reports weekly on the calls, quota attainment, activities performed each week.
Responsibilities:


- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers.


- Prepare proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's products or services. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.


- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives. May manage and mentor junior Business Development representatives (depending on the company).
