Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager for Cosmetic and Ayurvedic Products!
Are you an experienced leader with a proven track record in driving business growth in the beauty and wellness industry We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in both the domestic and international markets for our premium Cosmetic and Ayurvedic product line.

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: All India (Remote work available)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Business Development strategies to drive sales. and market share in the Cosmetic and Ayurvedic product segment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and strategic alliances, to expand our market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favourable terms and agreements with partners and clients.
Conduct market research to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on Business Development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Requirements:
B-School professionals with minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development or sales management, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong network of contacts within the beauty and wellness industry, with experience in both domestic and international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred,
