SalaryThe Process Mining Service Operations and Delivery Lead provides expert knowledge to define, design, maintain and evolve the development and implementation of architecture solutions to particular business cases in alignment with the IT architecture direction and standards. The PM Lead focusses upon the supervision of a team, who perform market agnostic technical planning, architecture development and modifies specifications as well as developing specifications for new products/apps/services and assessing the compatibility and integration of products and services to ensure functionality across interdependent technologies.
Typically reports to the Process Mining – AD Service Lead.
Role purpose:The Process Mining Service Operations and Delivery Lead will lead the EVO- AD Process Mining Portfolio to plan, execute, deliver, and coordinate the Process Mining related agile deliveries on the SAP SAC and Signavio platforms. The role owner will support and consult the business in tailoring the EVO template to new company code requirements. This support goes from Design to Go-Live. Furthermore, the Lead ensures the internal System integrator will deliver according to agreed requirements and the implementation follows the Vodafone template.
Who you are
• Extensive experience of SAP/ERP implementations and methodologies. Agile training or experience is a plus.
• Experience (over 10 years) in in large-scale and complex Business Transformation Programmes across multiple countries.
• Good understanding of several of the following SAP FI modules: GL, AR, AP, Assets, Overhead Cost Management, COPA, TCM.
• Strong knowledge SAP SAC, Signavio, DataShpere, SCM and HR solutions and their integration into S4 finance.
Interacting with:
• Program managers and project managers.
• The role will work mostly with Business Stakeholders, Global Process Owner and Leads and external/internal System Integrator.
• Process and Data Governance Teams
• Product Management Organisation (Finance, SCM, BI and Cross-Functions)
• IT Delivery Team
