About Role
- Designation- Deputy General manager
- Location- Pune-Dighi
- About the team and function- WSS vertical is part of the Corporate Services Function, with a broad spectrum of services including and not limited to Facilities management, Event Management, Employee Engagement, Property Maintenance, Sustainability and Safety governance under several quality aligned ISO standards.
- Purpose of your role- To lead the WSS operations of ROW region majorly consisting of Dighi Campus - Pune, including offices at Aurangabad, Indore, Bhopal & Panjim.
You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)
- Efficient and cost-effective comprehensive facility management. Oversee the management and maintenance of a 6.16 lakh sft campus plus offices at Pune, MP & Goa.
- Identifying and developing strong vendor relationships that are reliable and cost effective.
- Ensure the proper operational efficiency and functioning of building amenities, plumbing, Civil & interiors fit outs with periodic preventive maintenance that will ensure least downtime/zero business impact.
- Planning, Leasing, execution and maintenance of additional office space as per Business requirement, beyond owned properties.
- Maintaining best in class hygiene, service and décor of Cafeteria, Holiday home & Transit Residence
- Maintain and renew applicable licenses/permits, as per statutory / legal compliance for the campus, offices & ensure service partners are compliant, to ensure 100% timely compliance as per the applicable laws/legislations.
- Leading the team to support business meeting requirement for Conference, event, workshops, and team gathering, including BU lunches-dinner / outdoor parties, etc.
You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)
- Planning and organizing the logistics involved in various events that the company participates in (Sports Carnivals, Family Day, Team excursions, sponsored Marathons etc)
- Space management, Planning, allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises
- Working proactively with Management / Production Management/ HR/Recruiting/IT teams to ensure that workspace (seating space, accommodation, stationary supplies etc) is properly set up for the new hires.
- Collaborate with the various CS verticals - Power Infra & Network Services, Physical Safety & Security environmental Security and Global Travel & Mobility for an inclusive and seamless operational management of the offices & properties.
- Build business networks with vendors, hotels, restaurants (ranging from fine dining to places which can host large groups)
- Oversee and implement effective safety processes and controls in office/ people and vendor safety as per MSS and various SOP based on ISO safety standards.
- Ensure documentation and update of process for the region conforming to the company's quality process, implementation of the ISO and Tata group standards (TL9000, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO45001, TBEM) Front end related internal & external audits for the region.

You have experience in (including any education background & Certifications)
- 10 - 15 years prior experience in handling the administrative activities, including facility management and commercial activities. Capable of handling the office and people support amenities in a Campus, offices, and exclusive technical buildings.
- PG degree / Graduation in any discipline from a recognized academic institute (Civil/electrical Engineer will be preferred)
- Exposure to ISO standards (TL9000, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301) will be an additional advantage
