Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Development Manager for a reputed company at the (Goregaon) Mumbai location.
Job Responsibility
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote business growth (Identifying new opportunities for business growth)
- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Facilitate key business and customer relationship management and negotiate potential business opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities in the region.
- Ensuring the company is equipped with sufficient and suitable resources to execute strategies for business growth.
- Converting high-potential accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
- Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting.
- Performing regular evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Preparing reports for senior management.

- Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development (In-depth knowledge of various Sales processes).

Candidate Requirement:
- Industry: Security / Manpower Industry
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- The Candidate preferred to have Security industry experience (3 -5 years)
- Industry know-how / Client profiling knowledge
- Target-based performer
- Having knowledge of Minimum wages / SGB wages and compliance.
- Know how on security RFP / RFQ
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
