This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing and growing a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, sales, and account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is preferred
