Qualification : B. Com , BBA/ MBA – Marketing , BMS/MMS – Marketing, Diploma will be advantageous
Macro Role : Sourcing , Contracts, NBD, BD in Facility Management Space. The incumbent is to be expert in CORE SALES.
Role Details:
- The main purpose of the job is to source facility management contracts in the base location and the assigned state.
- B2B Sales Experience to Hospitality Industry, Corporates, IPC's & Institutions
- Minimum 3 years of independent core sales experience in facility management industry(other than Security Services)
- Should have excellent relationships / networks with admin/facilities department heads in sectors such as Warehousing/Logistics, Retail, IT/ITES, Realty, Manufacturing, Realty, RWAs (Housing Societies), New economy, Manufacturing etc
- Should be adept at independently generating leads, understanding requirements, creating sales proposals, presentations and final closure
- Increasing the Sales of existing customers by adding new services and winning new sites in existing and new geographical locations
- Market Survey and Preparation of Sales Strategy along with Regional Sales/Product Head. Market Mapping and New Customer Prospect Generation Market Survey and Preparation of Sales Strategy along with Regional Sales/Product Head
Expertise / Skills :
- Create presentations
- Create sales proposals, detailed spreadsheets
- Present and pitch independently
- Knowledge about Commercials & Residential Spaces
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

Other Details :
- Work Hours – 10am – 7pm (rotational work days – due to nature of job more during weekends) – terms are as per Facility Management Industry
