General Manager - Business Development
We are looking for General Manager-Business Development with 12 to 15 Yrs of experience for our esteemed client for Ahmadabad / Hyderabad Location.
Key Skills: Composite industry, Sales, Business Development, selling Defense/Space products.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of Domestic market in Composite industry.
- Deep knowledge of global military aerospace & defense and general eco system in India, Southeast Asia and Europe on all aspects - economical, strategic, political & cultural.
- Strong business acumen in accomplishing growth with proficiency to prepare business cases, define sales strategies, goal setting, manage objectives and provide financial decision support.
- Fully conversant with DAP, DPM, MoD & DPSUs Procurement and Contracts T&Cs
- Exceptional relationship builder & intelligent networker based on trust.
- Hands-on in tendering, negotiating, contracting, cost and pricing analysis, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plan.
- Competence in formulation, consolidation and driving sustainable Country Strategic Plan, Strategic Business Plan and Key Account Plan in close corporation with the corporate, business units, product policy, marketing, BD & sales teams.
- Self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous matrix environment. Able to operate at strategic and operational levels.
- Strong influencing skills across boundaries, functions and organizations at all levels.
- Excellent presentation, verbal/written communication and people management skills.
