AddressJOB PURPOSE:
The Head - Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of marketing strategies and initiatives. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the organization' brand visibility, drive traffic and revenue to the retail stores and website, and increase customer engagement and loyalty
Functional Capability:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization to drive SSSG and Brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and IT, to ensure successful execution of marketing programs and initiatives
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired results
- Lead the development of brand messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the organization's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience
- Develop and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic and revenue to the retail stores and website
- Manage the organization's digital marketing strategy, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to drive Brand awareness & Sales CEO - Retail Head - Marketing Lead - CRM Lead - LSM
- Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty programs that enhance the customer experience and increase customer retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use this information to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research and customer data to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
