Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Gleamdiva, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing social media initiatives, overseeing operational activities, and exploring new markets in the beauty and cosmetics industry. This is an Individual contributor role. Your responsibilities will be divided as follows:
50% Business Development and Sales:
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding Gleamdiva's presence in the market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and. providing tailored solutions.
Drive sales efforts by promoting Gleamdiva's products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, track progress, and achieve revenue goals.
25% Social Media Management:
Work closely with our remote team to develop and execute social media and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
25% Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of office processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Exploring New Markets in 2024:
Play a key role in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor landscape, and growth potential.
Develop strategies to enter and expand into new markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively.
Requirements:
Graduates with a strong command of both English and Hindi preferably 2-5 years of experience.
Proven experience in Business Development, sales, and social media management, preferably in the events or education industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Comfortable in cold calling prospective clients with minimum supervision.
Ability to manage the center independently when needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
