Job Responsibility
- Identifying new opportunities and developing new market entry strategies in the area of Web & Mobile app services.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Maxlink’s services to facilitate the sales process.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through (cold calling, B2B, emailing, Social media, and Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Liable for global Business Development and lead generation
Job Requirement
- Qualification: – Bachelors / Post Graduation/Masters in (Sales / Marketing / Computer related technical field)
- Min 2-5 years experience in software sales and Business Development out of which at least 1-2 years should be for the International market / IT Client generation.
- Experience in B to B marketing, preferably IT sector, and ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Experience with Lead generator, Calling, drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Strong Track Record of achieving targets.
- Ability to interact professionally with potential customers through any means to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
- Should possess Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) & Analytical skills
