senior Recruitment specialist
We have an opportunities with one of the Big-3 management consulting group for senior and Lead Recruitment specialist role interested candidates can mail their cv's
Note- Only people from startup and Management consulting groups are preferred and Non-It experience needed.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing - mid & senior consulting level position for ECT & generalist level Working with hiring manager - to understand the requirements and using innovate sourcing skills
- Candidate mapping, outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, IIM jobs sourcing for hiring required numbers within TAT.
- Screening calls with the candidate for preliminary shortlisting process
- Communicate with hiring managers and HR on a regular basis Recruiting Operations - STARS, MIS, database management
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, group and employees o Research and recommend creative ways to source active and passive candidates o Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing o Utilize contacts within applicable industries to find qualified passive candidates
- Help with career services connects in other organization or previous clients
- Help connecting with alums, tracking opportunities for outplacements, Monthly check-ins and reviews on outplacement
