Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Account Manager at NTT DATA's Gurugram office. The Account/Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, identifying opportunities for growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals. The Account/Business Development Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and create customized solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Experience in managing and motivating a team
-Knowledge of IT services and solutions
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
-Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate value proposition to clients
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
-Master's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
-6-15 years of experience in business development or sales role
