Senior Associate Presentation Specialist

The role requires design and presentation skills / graphics designer skills to support presentation needs for the Client Propositions Team. The individual will ensure we provide a consistent and enhanced visual experience across our presentations. The role will provide support for Client Proposition and Distribution teams with sales materials such as standard product presentations, due diligence packs, event materials, updates and informed view of the strategy, the investment process behind each fund, along with current fund performance and positioning context.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of new presentations/slides or client decks using existing materials and charting support.

• Work closely with onshore Presentation Specialists’ team and share the load of ad-hoc requests and regular work such as rolling returns/automation/positioning tools.

• Implement new PowerPoint frameworks to improve graphic design and visual information as per the Fidelity's guidelines.

• In case of Fidelity wide presentation format changes, support the analysts to implement those changes.

• At times of high workflow and volumes (especially during Quarter-end periods), help with standard presentation updates.

• Create and maintain processes for presentation back-up updates (starting with key funds and expanding to others over time).

• Generate outcomes in the form of slides to showcase FIL's capabilities. For example, alpha generation through issuer selection, ESG outcomes etc.

• Help with standard slide automation projects by working closely with technology team mainly ensuring standard data availability (will work closely with data specialist) and design and look and feel of slides.

About you

We require -

• We would like to review your portfolio of design work along with your profile.

• Design skillset for presentations.

• 2+ years relevant experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other MS Office tools.

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

• Graphics Designer Skillset for presentations, pamplets, various collaterals for our products including word documents, posters etc.

• Strong creative skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communicator and an ability to communicate with stakeholders in global locations.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong team player, self-motivated and resilient.

Good to have:

• Competent at analysing fund-related data.

• Familiarity with databases like DataStream and Bloomberg is advantageous.
