Experience: Four to six years post CA qualification in a client facing service/consulting industry
Job Description:
- Strategizing tax litigation
- Explore alternative tax dispute resolution avenues.
- Representations before the AO, TPO,CIT(A), DRP and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
- Holds knowledge of Transfer pricing provisions covering litigation and compliances
- Preparation of advance ruling application and provide support for representation before the Authority for Advance Ruling
- Drafting and presenting applications to the competent authority for Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) under the tax treaties.
- Ability to independently analyse and interpret provisions under the Income Tax Act and provisions pertaining to International Tax, dealing with interpretation of Tax Treaties.
- Thorough knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate Tax (Income Tax & DTAA), Corporate Law & International Tax, FEMA and Transfer Pricing.
- Updating clients on on-going matters on a prompt and regular basis, keeping track of industry developments.
- Ability to write articles and legal content

Our Hiring Process:

The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interview (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with HR representative.
