Job Description
Principal AccountabilitiesDirect access and management of work effort done directly by client in USA. Daily call to discuss:What transpired the previous day and what is upcoming for the next dayReview of data / exception reporting to ensure data accuracyReview of processes to ensure alignment and answer any questions that may have arisenProvisioning end users and setting up their account and provide accessPersonal AttributesProfessional customer service attitude.Ability to multi-task under pressure whilst maintaining a calm, professional, customer focused attitude.Ability to adhere to deadlines and prioritize workload accordingly.Proactive approach to learning and personal development, willingness to learn new technologiesAble to follow processes as outlined; but also, curious to ask questions for clarity
