Job Overview:
We're hiring a mid level sales executive to join our growing team in APAC! Our ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and can wear multiple hats while closing new businesses. You will get to be part of the exhilarating 0-1 journey and get to work closely with our senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive who is looking to grow into a strategic role while leaning into their main strengths of building relationships and closing new business.
The company in question is leading the way in the DevOps SaaS space in Japan, and already has a great number of reputable clients in Japan.
Requirements:
- Hunter mindset with at least 4 to 6 years of quota-carrying SaaS software sales experience
- Have experience selling to CTOs, selling tech solutions, or working with a dev-tools startup
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota for the past 2 - 3 years in B2B SaaS, preferably selling to the Middle East & APAC market.
- Strong ability to learn a new domain, new categories of software and ramp up quickly.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.
- Strong relationship building skills, creative thinking and objection handling ability to navigate successfully during the sales cycle
- Experience at an early-stage tech startup or proven track record operating in the earliest stages of a sales team is a huge plus!
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify top-of-the-funnel leads.
- Build a pipeline of prospects, source and develop sales opportunities, primarily through outbound prospecting and leveraging your network.
- Connect and build relationships with prospective B2B customers.
- Demonstrate Findy's value through phone calls and virtual/in-person platform demos.
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet and over-achieve pipeline targets and key performance metrics.
- Work closely with new clients during the POC in collaboration with the Tech Team.
- Contribute to creating marketing material and work closely with marketing on lead generation and campaign execution.
