What would you do? • End to end management of the project for a US client. • Noiseless delivery, meeting/exceeding all client SLA/KPIs. • Improving productivity and efficiency for better delivery outcomes. • Manage deal finances effectively. • Need/Exceed all Accenture KPIs (Automation targets, Productivity benefits, Innovation). • To ensure availability of resources within the team and effective management of the team • To monitor & evaluate the performance of the team in all areas • To ensure that results are in accordance with agreed metrics and the operating plan • Define the standards and reusable approaches within a broad operational framework • Initiates and designs-in business process excellence improvements. • To participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals. • Accountable for ongoing maintenance of effective client service relationship in the area of business and OTC tower as well, by acting as first point of contact for client representatives. • To cooperate with the other Supervisors , Team Leaders and Service Management team to improve the procedure with the aim to deliver a higher quality service • To ensure quality systems are built in to all production processes & that quality service is provided to all customers both internal & external • To identify, implement & manage process improvements & modifications • Required to interpret day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operational practices/work programs
What are we looking for? •Problem-solving skills •Process-orientation •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Written and verbal communication • Any Graduate or MBA (Finance) • 12- 15 of experience in a reputed company. • Should have knowledge of activities like order management, Billing (product billing, service contract billing, billed work billing, Integrated Billing), cash application, collections, dispute resolution etc. • Should have experience in leading large teams in the accounting/Sales Ops domain • Should have had managers of teams reporting to him/her in the past and should have worked in an operations environment. • Strong relationship management skills • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives. • Reliable, tolerant, and determined. • Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. • Well presented and businesslike. • Sufficiently mobile and flexible. • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. • Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage and continue to build the accounting and finance operations that will support Client deliverables and Accenture objectives & priorities. • Manage any future transitions from the Clients • Manage relationships with Finance and business leaders in the different Client business units across the globe – Operate as a trusted advisor to the business. • Overall responsibility to budgeting and financials management of the OTC tower • Play an integral role in continuous improvement of reporting processes • Developing relationships with the business and ensuring that span adds maximum value • Manage ad hoc project work of Client and Accenture • Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of service levels • This includes responsibility for the delivery of various Reports – internal + to clients. • Responsible for resource management and on-going grooming of the resources in the span • Demonstrate strong Customer Service ethic in the team through active communication, regular updates & meetings. • Develop leaders and teams that can shoulder high levels of responsibility by coaching, mentoring and motivating. • Identify capability gaps & ensure that the resources required to bridge the same are provided.Any Graduation
