Job description

The ideal candidate should have an exceptional track record of working in an analytic environment, to be comfortable with data queries and analysis, competitive analysis, working in ambiguity, ability to look for and drive process improvements and automation. A successful candidate should have deep experience in being able to think of ways to understand customer demand, look for ways to fulfill the same, ability to work with third-party vendors, expanding BI capabilities, utilizing, creating, and defining systems and processes to support growth. He/she should have a strong bias toward data driven analysis and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. The incumbent will be an active collaborator with the business owners here and will be empowered to influence their plans and decisions. He/she should be able to juggle competing projects, define the road maps to support the business functions and work with the teams to solve complex problems.
As a Sr.Manager, Sales Operations/Sales Analytics your responsibilities will include
- Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road maps
- Take ownership of all processes and projects related to lead generation, qualification, prioritization and assignment to sales teams end to end.
- Gather requirements from all stakeholders, forecast and estimate targets at a weekly, monthly, annual level; plan and drive activities for achieving these targets, track and analyze progress against targets, identify and troubleshoot issues and engage with stakeholders to keep track of changing requirements and quality of leads assigned to sales teams.
- Learning and leveraging the broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use and converting analysis into digestible business intelligence
- Presenting written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
- Continually improving ongoing reporting and analysis, automating or simplifying the processes
- Owner for the India Salesforce.com CRM workflows and implementation. Responsible for making sure Salesforce customizations, automation, implementations are done to support existing and new businesses running out of India.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position
- MBA / Master's / Ph.D degree
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
- People management- with at least five direct reports (on company rolls)
- Lead generation (offline/online)
- Managing Business analysts
- Weekly/Monthly reporting to senior leadership
- Hands on experience in SQL, Salesforce and Tableau is desirable.
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms
- Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations
- Impeccable attention to detail, metrics and data - driven, passion for processes and systems
