- Our clients seek a highly accomplished Sales Leader based in Bangalore to take ownership of the Regional Sales Function for South India. Must have strong strategic & operational sales experience in the packaging (preferably flexible packaging) industry.
- The incumbents will report to the Head of Sales.
- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
- Job Purpose These are crucial leadership roles for driving revenue growth and expanding markets.
Candidate Profile:
1. Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation
2. Should have 12 - 25 Years of experience in the packaging (preferably flexible packaging) industry
3. Must have led a team of at least 2-3 managers/ executives.
4. Must have experience in sales to FMCG organizations.
5. Must be currently having sales of more than Rs. 70 Crores.
6. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
7. Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution.
