Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the Home Loan &LAP products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model, recruiting high performers, and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies.
- Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team.
Portfolio Management:
- Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets.
- Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies.
- Strategic Planning
- Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objective.
Client Relationship Management:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.
- Team Management
- Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners.
Market Analysis:
- Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services.
Reporting And Compliance:
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the company's CRM.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
Training And Development:
- Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance.
