Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Define the product's value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Create marketing materials such as website copy, product brochures, case studies, and blog posts.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, measure marketing effectiveness, and inform product development.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Develop and execute product launch plans, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry.
- Create sales enablement materials such as product demos, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Manage and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- User Adoption and Customer Success:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption and product engagement.
- Create user onboarding experiences that educate users and enable them to achieve early success.
- Monitor customer sentiment and feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that attracts and engages the target audience.
- Create high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, white papers, and case studies.
- Manage and optimize the company blog and other content channels.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Product Marketing.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in b2b Product Marketing, especially in SaaS or b2b fintech product
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise messaging.
- Experience with content marketing, including content creation, strategy development, and content management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for B2B SaaS and the company's mission.

- Experience with the fintech industry. Proven track record of success in driving user adoption and product engagement.
