Job Role:
Responsible for delivering NR CASA acquisition and Deepening budgets of specific branches in the zone
Work with branches and do Lead generation drives and track the cases till closures of the leads.
Ensure activation of all branches mapped on a monthly basis
Educate the branch staff constantly on the NR process , operation and new development happening in the business
Work with local marketing, plan and reward program to get both the resident client involved for reference and employee for closure.
Get in touch with top end clients and own up targets for FX,CASA and TD and other Cross Sell products
Identify clients which have the potential to increase balances/transactions- and enhance transactions.
Share the gap areas with Area managers and RBM and help them take decisions in terms of enhanced focus to meet targets
Support branches with On boarding and focus on AOF first pass
Focus on High Value Sourcing
