Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Jalandhar for a Jewelry Sales Associate. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the appearance of the store. The Jewelry Sales Associate will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, and cultivating customer relationships to maintain and grow sales performance.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Flexible. availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
Previous experience in Jewelry Sales is a plus
