Opportunity for All India Marketing Manager - Tapes, Labels, Mica & Laminates


The tasks at hand are multifaceted:
- To drive annual sales plan execution in close coordination with sales Team by managing Forecasting, Sales plan execution, Pipeline management to drive growth by driving CRM deployment and adoption, drive pricing strategy by working on the product mix to deliver MSR Targets.
- Develop a clear and compelling Brand strategy (Positioning, Value, Communication), tailored to the B2B landscape.
- Prepare Key account and Govt account strategy, drive their execution, work towards creating robust Pricing models, Stakeholder Engagement strategies, product specifications and application adoptions for our products that helps in best value realization for end customer
- Lead the development and implementation of Go-to-Market plans tailored for each ( new & existing ) Market & Customer segment, Product Category
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. NPI launches, Application development, RM planning, RM source development, be part of Cash, Cost saving & Cycle time reduction as part of LSS initiatives.
- Drive Channel and retail expansion strategy, Channel partner and retail outlet incentive plans, Drive DSR Incentive program and POS. Designing and executing Channel promotion activities.
- Develop Marcom specific to Market/ Industry segments, applications , products, Value stories, Case studies, specification sheets, Company profile, any form of promotional materials
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Drive implementation of Data analytics for Business operations to facilitate decision making by leadership team in relation to prioritize Market segments, Target customers, Pricing strategy, NPI launches etc.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within market segments identified by management.
- MIS reporting, drive execution of action items coming out from MIS discussions.
- Drive alternate sales models, Work with e- comm platforms to reach out to export customers. Create e-comm Market place strategy.
- Work on Industry engagement strategy through Industry events, ensure 10X revenue growth over investment made, ensure lead generation & conversion through CRM. Leverage Digital platforms to generate leads.
Seeking an individual who possesses:
- Preferably, experience working with both agencies and brands, key accounts, Channel and retail.
- Worked for organizations in the business of specialty adhesive tapes and Labels catering to either or all of following market segments Electrical, Automotive, Industrial and electronics for more than 10 years in marketing role
- A profound understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including knowledge of customer personas and the buying process.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Engineering & MBA in Marketing
- Proven experience in corporate strategy and Go-to-Market functions.
- Demonstrated success in scaling up organizations and expanding market presence.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
