B. Skills Required
Appropriate knowledge of IRDA regulations
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, showing the ability to be discerning, delegate tasks and set achievable deadlines
Proactive attitude with the ability to conceptualize unique approaches to managing the team
Showcase ability to anticipate complications and develop appropriate contingencies in response
Demonstrate a strong ability to motivate employees and create a high performing team
Exhibit knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
