Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a Hospitality Training Institute in Panaji, who will head in sales and marketing and can maintain client relationships by grasping potential customers/leads for the growth of the institute.

Job responsibilities

  • Should manage the team
  • Communicating with the clients on a regular basis and following up with them regarding any enquiries.
  • Increasing the user base for the institute, by calling social media lead.
  • Attending education fairs and exhibitions and representing the college.
  • Answer questions of clients about the courses and other services offered by the institute.
  • Successfully developing agent network and driving sales.
  • Updating sales data, and meeting sales quotas or sales
  • Creating and presenting recent performance reports, on the sales generated.
  • Explaining and promoting programs of institute.
  • Staying informed about competing institutes.
  • Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Sales experience of minimum 7 years in FMCG, telecom, Education industry.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Sound knowledge of the Indian Education Industry
