Job Title:- Lead -Sales

Designation:- Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The manager will be responsible for winning new business by penetrating new clients.
• Reactivating former/ dormant clients & accounts.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Accountability:

• Responsible for Key Account Management
• Responsible for generating new business from existing clients as well as new clients.
• Responsible for client servicing

Qualification / Skills:

• Relevant 5 years of experience is mandatory.
• Post Graduation / MBA in Business Management / Sales or Marketing (preferred).
• Good hold on verbal & written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure.
