About Trezix:
Trezix is a young full stack SaaS platform targeting the underserved Import/Export category. We have the advantage of being an early mover and hence aim to follow a fast-paced growth trajectory in India and international markets.
We are looking for someone who can match that energy and be a part of our growing and dynamic sales team. You will establish and driving sales activities for the platform. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead/Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building up the top of the funnel for SaaS companies within the logistics tech sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Lead Generation tactics, digital marketing, and a passion for driving high-quality leads to support our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Lead Generation Strategies:
- Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive Lead Generation strategies to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound tactics to generate demand, including content marketing, email campaigns, social media, webinars, and other relevant channels.
2. Target Audience Identification:
- Define and refine target audience personas to ensure effective targeting and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align Lead Generation efforts with the overall business and sales strategy.
3. Content Creation and Distribution:
- Create compelling and targeted content to attract and engage potential customers.
- Leverage various content types, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and more, to address the pain points and challenges of our target audience.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and measure the success of Lead Generation campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
5. Marketing Technology Utilization:
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and nurture leads effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to ensure the adoption of the latest technologies for Lead Generation.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Provide regular reports on Lead Generation performance, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager in a SaaS environment, specifically within the logistics tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation sector. Import-Export will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
