Looking for HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of an experience. preferably from Edtech. or Early stage startup.Immediate joiner

1) You are someone who has 1+ year of experience in a 360 degrees recruitment cycle
2) You are always ready to close the recruitment targets
3) You love to network with people, and enjoys browsing through Linkedin connections and actively sourcing passive people for relevant jobs.
Needless to say, we would look at the following criterias for this job :-
1) Hands on experience in sourcing for either tech or non tech roles across various platforms
2) Interest to work as an entrepreneurial and sales professional who engages the audience and delivers results
3) Worked in a dynamic, and rapidly growing environment i.e a startup or a recruitment firm
4) A self motivated and a self starter who can manage the overall recruitment delivery
5) Excellent communication skills

Key Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
2) Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
3) Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
4) Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
5) Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
6) Knowledge of employment legislation.
7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
