Job Brief of HR Manager:-

The Human Resource Executive plans, directs and coordinates functions related to the organization's employees. They develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and forms assist and support department managers and employees regarding personnel issues and maintain personnel records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The HR manager also oversees recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees.

Job Brief for HR Recruiter :-

The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:

  1. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs screening resumes
  2. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  3. Administering appropriate company assessments
  4. Performing reference and background checks
  5. Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  6. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  7. Following up on the interview process status
  8. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  9. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  10. Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment.
  11. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry association’s m. completing timely reports on employment activity.
  12. Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.

 

Experience: 01 to 03 Years
