Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for open positions. The Recruiter will also be accountable for managing candidate relationships, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful onboarding. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in full-cycle recruiting Strong sourcing and networking skills Experience in Pharma is manadatory Knowledge of recruiting best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the consulting industry is a plus Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred CTC : 2.5 to 4 Lakh based on experience and sector
