Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
3-6 years of experience in Sales/Non IT Recruitment
Proven experience in HR, preferably in B2C/D2C.
Expertise in recruitment for Sales and Operations.
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
